2. Return Logistics & Conditions

For standard withdrawals under the 14-day statutory framework, returned items must be in original, unused, unwashed, and resalable condition, including original packaging.

Logistics Costs:
Unless otherwise stated by customer support, return shipping costs and any associated international logistics fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the brand cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

3. Damaged, Flawed, or Non-Conforming Items

Upon verification, the brand will issue either a full refund or a replacement item.
